Common questions
Does Wolk work without a signal?
Recording and transcription happen entirely on your phone, so the walkthrough itself needs no connection. Wolk uploads the transcript and photos to generate the kit once you’re back online.
What happens to my voice recordings?
Nothing: there are none. Speech is converted to text on-device and the audio is never stored or uploaded. Only the text transcript leaves your phone.
Can I edit what Wolk writes?
Always. Every piece of the kit is a draft: review it, edit it in the app, and copy it out when it says what you want. You’re responsible for accuracy and MLS compliance, and the app keeps you in that loop by design.
Which markets does Wolk support?
Wolk is built for agents in the United States and Canada, and generates kits in English or Italian. The MLS piece follows general fair-housing-conscious conventions; always check your local board’s rules.
